Help!- Trying to rent a car at airport to pick upRV

I am flying to Phoenix on Friday to pick up my first Class A motorhome. Called Budget rental at airport. They do not pick up car. So who do you guys use at an RV park to pick up a car rental. Jeez...

My friends sold their MH to someone who flew in, they picked the buyers up from the airport, just a thought.
