Help! Locked out of Signature Cargo Bays

From reading your post, I'm not sure if you have the coach remote or not. It appears you do, but it's not working. If that's the case, there are four positions on the remote fob. 1. Open 2. Lock 3. I 4. II. If you press the Open button, the coach opens, Lock and it locks. To OPEN the CARGO doors, you press the OPEN button AND then the II button. If that doesn't work, press the OPEN and then the button marked I on the fob.
If you don't have the key fob, then you will still be able to open the bay doors using the OUTSIDE keyPAD. If you have the keyPAD access code, simply press the code and then hit the #9 on the keypad. If you don't have the keypad access code then you'll have to reset it. Let me know if that's the case, and I'll provide you instructions to reset the keypad..you access that through the passenger side cup holder......Dennis
