I guess I have been involved in Auto/RV dealerships too long. IF you have a problem with your Ford or GM(any automaker) and you are out of warranty. WHY would you think calling them would get a positive answer??????? They would require you to go to the respective Dealer Service Center and have the unit checked out and THEN they would make a determination as to what they will do. But, to then denigrate Jayco without having any standing other than buying their used RV, and NOT have a Jayco dealer verify the problem, and attempting to get Jayco to Goodwill it, seems a little childish. Doug
maybe? maybe not depends;; I had the windshield pop out on my 6 year old Allegro bus;; I called Tiffin + all I asked was there anything I should be aware of before I spent 600$ having it reset
Don said nothing he could think off then he said send picture so I did He emailed me and said they would pay the $600 and I had not even considered to ask for $$ on a six year old unit
what Jayco should have said was take to a authorized centre and have them verify said condition and submit a claim and we will consider it

I was not talking about Tiffin. Did I mention Tiffin? Now, while Tiffin steps up, I can gurantee that once Bob Tiffin retires, there will be NO MORE Tiffin Goodwills like they do now. When Bob walked away 10 years ago and the boys took over, Tiffin stopped that. Only after people complained did Bob come back and returned to his old policy. Doug (Been servicing Tiffin for 38 years and still do)
FYI I work for a Jayco AND Tiffin dealer, so I KNOW what the procedures are. We get both brands out of warranty all the time with the Factory wanting us to verify the complaint and fix to determine if they will Goodwill it.
