Doug Rainer, I'm having this issue also! My curbside rear HWH jack will not extend! Should I check to see if it's low on hydraulic Fluid first? My leveler panel on my dashboard also shows a red light on all jacks, then a white light comes on to show me which side of the coach is high or low. I'm not getting a red light signal on my dash to that rear jack (the 3 other jacks a red light comes on).
You have more than 1 problem.
1. Jack NOT extending? suspect low fluid? check the reservoir. The system has about 6 to 7 qts and only uses a Max of 2 qts when the jacks are fully extended. Besides, do NOT extend the front jacks at all. Extend the rear only. That leaves the fluid to only extend 2 jacks instead of 3 or 4.
2. There is NO white light. Only Red/Green and Yellow lights on the pad. Yellow is level indicator
3. On the touch pad, EACH Jack red light is independent of each other. IF you have all 4 showing RED and they are retracted, then you have a wiring short. It only takes 1 down switch to activate the Dash Board RED master down light.
