X4 - just grab the discharge that is pointed straight down (so that they could use a "regular" discharge hose) and twist it towards you until it points straight towards the door of the compartment. Then you should be able to connect the macerator hose to it, and then use the smaller macerator discharge hose to connect to the dump station or sewer connection at the camp-site.
