hot water problem
2009 fleetwood providence have hot water with city water hook up but none with the 12 volt pump but do have cold with each and plenty of pressure with both

Is it like that at every faucet? If it is I would guess your check valve on the out/hot side of the water heater is going bad/getting some crud built up that keeps it from opening. Not enough pressure on the pump to push it open but the city water can.
