I often store mine in my shop. And I charge them about once a month during cold weather.. Just left alone a battery will discharge it self over time.. Also If your converter is a Progressive Dynamics you can add the Charge Wizard to it for about 30 bucks and it will tend the bettery if left in the RV with power hooked up. Many others will just cook the battery. I have mine set up that way and may also leave them in the MH and just hook up for a day or two once in a while in the winter. My MH is setting in my front yard 8 feet from my shop so for me its easy..
