How accurate is NADA for class c pricing?
My wife and I have started looking at small class c's in the 20-24ft range. Twice we have found good looking rvs then looked up the price on nada and it's says the rv is worth 10-15k less than the owners are asking for it. When we look up comparable rv's in the same age and features they see to be of similar price.
I don't want to keep missing out on rvs because of price differences but I also don't want to pay too much for rv's, I'm just wondering if nada is not a good way to value rv's, I used it for many years in the motorcycle industry.
The asking price for this rv is 24k
