Both pics are the same trim, one is the lower part and the other is the higher part going up to roof area, so you say it just peels off, if so I can glue back up but I also don't want to damage the trim while removing.

I have the weep hole covers, I know what you are talking about its a annoying squeak that has got worse over time, I have done all that I can from inside and I do believe the screws behind that trim are loose because the squeak comes from the exact same spot on other side of wall.

well pitter patter lets get at er its pretty simple to remove the moulding and take a look

Yea I can just get out a screw driver and pry away but what I am trying to learn is how to remove without damage.
