How do you use hydaulic levelers?

I have PG levelers and in most cases I set the parking brake, leave engine running, then power on the leveler controller in the cockpit, and once it becomes ready I press the auto button. It will auto level for me and stays put until I retract. In rare occasions where I worry about the system taking my wheels off the ground, I press the manual button, start with the fronts, then follow up with the rear until level.
