The 40' in our signature is our 7th MH in 29 years. Started out with a 23' and moved up in length about every 3 to 4 years. Just recently bought a 24' in our signature as a spare MH for overnighters or week-enders.
It's not worth the hassle to pull the 40 footer out for overnighters in city type areas. We save the 40' for longer trips. We made money or broke even on each MH as we always bought used and let the original owner take the depreciation hit.
