But you don't understand. Put the jack under the end of one axle and lift just enough to take the pressure off the tire. Usually only 3/4". Once the tire is barely clear of the ground, it can be slid off the spindle or hub. The dynamics of the chassis are changed very little. You do more frame twisting just driving down the road.
