Your VIN is an odd one. The F identifies it as an "unfinished cab & chassis. Not sure on the 44 (that would be the model and it looks like it wasn't a standard truck or van chassis), but the C is for 10,001 to 14,000 GVWR, the T is for a 360/4bbl engine, and the 9 is for 1979 model year.
