How Small A Self Contained Class C Can Be Made
I've always wondered how small a conventional class C can be made. HERE is a right-hand driven little tike. I wonder what the over-all dimensions are.

I am not sure it has a wet bath for showering, but I think it is ideal for a single person, a bit tight for two. Like you say, that dinette bed for two is for a pair of little children. I do wonder what the sleeping length of the upper birth is. That seems concerning.
