Because of road resurfacing there is not one bridge or overpass that matches the clearance numbers posted.
Many states resurface roads often and do not change the signs or what height is painted on the overpass. Heck some of the overpasses coming down Illinois still have the height painted on them from back in the 1800's.
Thereby just setting your GPS or using a map for clearance is not going to guarantee you will fit under those overpasses your GPS says you can because they get their info from the original height of the bridge which does not take into consideration the resurfacing.
