after it is removed you can get some goo be gone or some such stuff to get the left over glue off. They make a wheel that will take it off but they are very expensive.
But depending on how old and how long the decal has been on, it will leave outline where it was just like this one after the decal was removed.

As high up as that is on the front of the RV I don't think a faint outline of the old lettering will be as bad as that gawdy blue "Fiesta" logo.
One would think Fleetwood would have considered a logo that was more classy looking. Granted, the Fiesta is not the high end of their line but Geeeeez why make it look so fugly on the front of the RV?
