Call HWH and talk to one of the techs. They will probably have you check the control unit for proper operation. It could be a fuse or one of the components there in the unit.
You might have to have them call you back, they are very busy and only a few of them are used for phone help.

Thank you Journey, I've heard that it's quite challenging to get a HWH tech on the phone, but will be giving it a go.
