IF the fuses are good, then the control board is defective. Doublecheck the multiple wire quick connects at the main board. Doug- ROADSTARJRExplorerbump

- azpeteExploreruse the service manual. do you have hydraulic rooms? do they function ok?
if so, check the 50 lb pressure switch on the manifold. a low battery wont let the pump turn fast enough to close this switch. this switch is labelled on the harness.
to insure a good 12 volt supply, try running the engine while leveling.
go thru the diagnostics. make sure the touch pad is plugged in. a loose plug will cause some of the problems described.
check all the grounds. then, use a 12 volt tester to find where you are losing power.
its not likely that all four solenoids are bad at one time. check the fuses on the control box.
again, the service manual will guide you thru the steps needed to find the problem. - ROADSTARJRExplorerThanks' I will check when it stops raining

Ok I have closed values "clockwise" and jacks don't work at all, pump sound like is under load with in 30 sec.
OK, now open all 4 valves and see if all 4 extend. If so, you either have 4 burnt out solenoids or NO power to the solenoids when in operation. The easiest way to check for power to the solenoids is to put in store and then check the 2 wire harness at each valve for 12 volts. White wire is ground and black will have 12 volts. you have 6 minutes to check before the system times out. IF you have voltage to the solenoids and they operate when manually released, you have 4 burnt out solenoids. I close or counter clockwise them and they do not extend pump sounds under load, all 4 retract, the odds of 4 solenoids ALL leaking is astronomical.
Emergency jack retraction. Each solenoid valve is equipped
with a "T" handle release valve. Turn the handle counter
clockwise approximately 3 turns or until the jacks start to retract.
The oil will return to the reservoir and the jack should retract.
After all the jacks are full retracted, turn the "T" handles
clockwise until snug. See Part 8 of the Repair Steps.
According to the manual turning the handles counter clockwise opens the valves. They need to be turned Clockwise to close the valves.
