I have had issues with my levelers as well. What I found to be the best help was to go directly to the manufacturer. My system is Power Gear and luckily, they were recently purchased by Lippert Components, Inc. The customer service has become much better (primarily due to more employees on staff)
Power Gear has always been helpful with technical bulletins and assisting with trouble shooting help. Many manufacturers are very helpful because they want the buying public to continue to buy their products.
Start by figuring out the manufacturer, the model # to include part numbers and serial numbers, then contact them for troubleshooting assistance. Good luck
