Oh man. That looks really bad. The entire slide is twisted?Is that the floor peeling up in the last image?

I don't know. It looked like it. The slide will not move anymore to see. Someone from CW is supposed to pick it up tomorrow. The whole slide wall is twisted and the slide will not go in or out anymore. This MH is barely 3 weeks old. I researched and read about all the slide issues on the 2013's. I guess I was hoping it would not happen to us. This is really BAD!

Looks real bad and if you purchased it from camping world then I would ask for a new one, or tell the to scrap the deal. Most places if you have less than 30 days you have time on your side, I sure would not accept that back. The slide has to be removed then they will have to replace the floor and do not settle for them to patch the laminate. everything will have to be removed to redo the floor. Let us know how it turns out.

If that last pic is a slide its probably the wood wrapping to make the particle board look like real wood. The slide probably dragged and due to it not being wrapped correctly pulled off. I had our MH in for the same thing ( not wrapped correctly). Just plain lazy work and lack of quality control. The slides ... I feel your pain !! Make sure you start documenting all your repairs. They might come in handy down the line. Quick question, was the motor home level with jacks down when this happened.

The concern I have now is the when we saw it on the CW lot, it was in about the most unlevel place it could be and not on the jacks, The slides were out and I know they put them in without the unit being on the jacks. I already noted that some metal shavings were coming off of the top rear slide gear rail, but no one at camping world or Thor seemed to think it was a problem. Now they have a major disaster on their hands.
