Installed new batteries , CAT diesel won't fire at all ??

I installed two new Interstate 950 cca starting batteries in my 3126 CAT diesel and it turns over fine but won't fire at all . I have opened the water separator filter and drained fuel ,,looks fin...

If it ran before the battery change, then you obviously have something wrong with the battery connection.
Closing the gate after the horses have run away, today its so easy to take a picture with smartphones or cameras of the wiring before removing a single cable.
