CAT does not have fuel cut-off valve.
If no black smoke from exhaust then no fuel.
Everything is controlled by the engine control module (ECM). If you somehow lost power to the ECU, it will turnover but will not allow fuel into the injectors.
The fuel is regulated by the injector actuation sensor and valve. No power - no fuel. Most DP with CAT, require a fuse/circuit breaker to the ECM. Maybe a call in to the Chassis Maker not motor home manf. Will explain what and where. Since it is the Chassis OEM that does that part.
