Interesting. I bought my Pro Watt 2000 to replace a Samlex that failed within the one year warranty period. I got a prompt replacement from Samlex, but needed one right away. When I bought the Pro Watt the same failure story was attributed to the Samlex and also Aims. I am happy with the Pro Watt, I was happy with the Samlex until it failed. I have a friend that has an Aims and he real happy with his. The place I originally bought the Samlex in Yuma, Starlight Solar, was no longer carrying them.
