Installing Baseplate With Thread Lock?

My First towed the dealer did not use Thread lock..Thankfully while doing other work we figured that out and fixed it or... I would rather not think about it.

On the new towed.. Locktite was uses as per BLUE OX's instructions.

I have used Locktite for almost half a century and it is fantastic stuff.. I keep it in stock.
