Intermittent shower pressure

The complete valve was replaced and yup they had to remove the tv from the other side of the shower and it was a mess the shower wand head we checked inside the house and it works great if it can get water.
The fact that the old valve and the new valve are doing the same thing is frustrating.
This new valve didn’t start giving us trouble for weeks. At first it worked perfectly.
We also wondered if “something “ got into the line. Also we have 3 different filters to hopefully stop debris. The 2 bathroom sinks and kitchen sink have excellent water pressure.
We are up in Alaska all summer. Each day at shower time is an adventure.
