NADA low retail value is $50,900.

And most dealers would be happy to give one about $35K on trade, slap it out on the lot with a big yellow label at average retail, then ultimately sell for $50.9 K or so.
  • A quick search on RV Trader shows that is no screaming deal, despite the poster's opinion. That falls pretty much in line with the others which all seem high compared to the NADA value.

The key to not losing your butt with RVs is buying them right. After buying/selling a half dozen RVs over the years and shopping pretty much non-stop (just kind of a hobby) I've found a given unit is worth about 50% of the msrp in the 3-4 year old range. That puts your prospective coach around 50-55K.

Most sellers have their heads in the clouds because they paid far too much originally. These are the same folks pissing and moaning about massive depreciation. Yes, RVs depreciate. But nowhere near what the herds of unskilled shoppers that frequent this board will lead you to believe.

btw.... what makes it "mint"? It's 3 years old. Anything less than mint is likely called abuse :)
