Work ? yes , if you really never "camp "without being plugged in. A true deep cycle battery would be preferred . For some good study info google 12 volt side of life for a lot more. 12 volt
Marine / Rv batteries are a compromise.

It's a group 27 DUAL PURPOSE battery. It will work for you, but there are better choices for RV use.

Except mine says 200 min at 23 amps
