Is this a good trade?

My vette is a 79 with 87,000 miles on it. all original. I am the original owner. she is white with a black leather interior. She use to be my daily ride, but now she is a sunny day girl.

Oh and Dennus, my vette is red too. It's a great color.

Do not touch the junk Fleetwood. Look at the photo of the rear of the coach. Rippled wall means delamination, ie mildew and most likely structural damage. Very common for Fleetwood of that time period. Not only would it be difficult to sell, but you would run into some integrity issues, selling a coach with a known serious problem.

Buy a 95! You will love it...only problem was mine was RED....only got one ticket though....and deserved it...:B..Dennis

The Vette would be fun to drive and an easier sell.
The RV is a part time job. Especially one of that vintage.

I don't trust those mechanical odometers and this one looks like the numbers don't align evenly horizontally.

Get the VIN and do a CarFax.

Thanks for the link change Dennis. And uh..think you guys are probably right. Vette is probably a hotter commodity then the too soft to stand market for that motorhome there.

Just got me thinking though because I listed my 92 pace arrow last year for giggles an $%^&'s and got a lot of calls and people came out to look. Had a couple seriously want to buy it. Decided not to sell.
Had it listed at 9500$. Who knows if they'd a paid that for it. Hard to say. But it's got 35,000 on the clock, been tastefully updated, got original clean paint, limo tinted windows an what not.

Just got me thinkin when this guy texted me. "Hmm..maybe I could trade for this thing, turn around and sell it for a good bit more then my vettes worth". But heck..probably not worth the hassle even if I were to get lucky huh?

How'd you like your 95 btw? Love my 84, but eventually like to upgrade to a 90's c4. We will see though. Our first (daughter) comes in the next week or two, and I doubt my wife will be too terribly thrilled if I get another vette. So I'll just hafta remain happy with what I got for a while. Haha.

It will be a whole lot easier to sell Your Car than that Motorhome!
