Just where do you get 40" wiper blades?

Coach in Sig has like 40" blades, where do you find em?
Just trying to go by Tiffin advice as to have a extra set. I looked on the internet but they didn't show up on my search.
Is the dealer the best bet ( I really doubt that though as they are usually double the price of anything) :B
Another question... They have the built in type of washer jets that appear to be part of the blade assembly. Sorry no photo. Anyway do the 4 hoses pop off and reattach to the new blade assembly?
Thanks for any info
Rick
  • Think I found some from Trico, part # 67-401.
    Thanks for the help.

$59 at a local auto parts store but they have to order them.
Amazon has em for $49 with free shipping and no tax :)
  • Email njohnson@dieselequipment.com She will get back to you with what you need. Diesel Equipment provides most wiper arms and blades to Tiffin. They are very helpful and the prices are reasonable. As others have posted, you can probably use a shorter blade which will do the job and in my case actually worked better.
  • Several people on here, including me, have gone to shorter blades because they are easier to find and cost less.
  • Call Tiffen and find out what BRAND of blades they use. Then you can call that company and get a part number and maybe even buy a set or two directly
  • Those huge wipers really are not needed in my opinion. We had the same type on our Dynasty which were about 36+ inches (can't quite remember). Anyway, I ordered them from Diesel Equipment Company in Greenville, North Carolina.

I considered going to a smaller wiper but never did. Our new coach has normal sized wiper blades. Should be easy to find and replace them.

You should not have any trouble replacing your wiper arms/blades with the washer nozzles (if they were like ours).

    Good luck,
    MM.
