I replaced my King Dome with a HD Winegard traveler auto aiming dish. My King Dome only lasted about three years before it was done and I spent two years going back and forth with the factory and messing with it off and on before I gave up on it. I was told they basically had a huge number of problems with them.
I considered one of the portable dishes like the cube, but I figured they were more trouble than they were worth. And it all the time I've camped I've never been blocked out by a tree. I found when I pull into a campsite with trees, the first thing I do is turn the dish on and see if it can find the satellites. If it has trouble then I can move the motorhome back and forth until I get a signal. I've only had to move one time. The dish can get a signal through some trees.
