On my 96 Chevy chassis the fuse is a 15 amp and is in the main fuse box on the firewall on the drivers side. More importantly is what caused the fuse to blow. This drove me crazy for a while until I finally found the wire from the ign to the steps was stuck between the slide and the frame and was grounding out causing the fuse to blow. If I remember correctly it was a blue wire.
