Ask the people where you got the replacement engine how long it took them to take the engine out. Then double that for the removal and replacement of your engine PLUS any time needed to changeover or replace any worn out accessories. Then you have to add fresh fluids, belts, and hoses.
Then you also see if there is any trade-in credit for your old engine and accessories.
Seems things always come out or apart much easier and faster than going back together
