Lippert Hydraulic Leveling Problems

I have a problem with my Lippert leveling system on my 2006 Damon Daybreak. The center green light on the control panel flashes and the jacks down light is on.
The hydraulic fluid level is topped up and all the jacks in in the stored position. I have talked to Lippert several time and have gone through all their test. the trombetta solenoid has been changed twice and the problem persists.
Can anyone offer help.
Thanks.

  • Call LCI tech support...get to Jeff Marner..he will get you anything you need.
  • We had an issue with our lippard jacks as well. Turned out the only issue was the cable to the Batt was not tight.
  • Thanks Fellows; The parking brake is set, and the voltage is 13.65 V.
I reversed the spade connectors at the pressure switch and the jacks down light went off but the green center light continues to flash and the jacks will not go down in auto or manual. Very frustrating.
  • Here is the only manual that I could find.

First is the parking brake set. you said the fluid is OK.

Second are the battery OK. Meaning have you check the voltage at the battery. Looking for 12.67 or so. Not plug into shore power.

If plug in the shore power then in the 13.xx .

Which system do you have or is the attach manual the right one.
