A couple of other things I thought of you might want to look for (that our RV has by pure luck - we weren't aware of them when we bought):
- The right side seat back board of the dinette is hinged and can be tipped inward so that the driver's seat back can be reclined.
- The underneath areas of both dinette seats are completely available for storage and these storage areas also have doors on their ends so as to get at some items without lifting the dinette seat bottoms. Many Class B+/C motorhomes take up some of this dinette storage volume with the propane furnace and/or a freshwater tank.
