Well I will tell you why I bought a 14 year old coach from a dealer because in writing I got a guarantee that everything on the house portion of the coach would be checked and made sure to be in good working order, 6 new tires, two new TV's, and a 30 warranty. Try and get that from an individual.
Our coach up for sale has all of the above except the warranty. But in addition it has a brand new residential refrigerator and all the house systems works. But no real offers so far--oh well, we are still enjoying it, and have several trips planned!
