WE GOT IT!
After a very bad night we called Holiday Rambler Tech support and they were able to pinpoint the problem with very little trouble.
Inside the battery compartment there is two wires coming out of the cut off switch. One goes into a small black box about the size of a business card.
Testing one side of that box one side was hot and the other side was not. The tech asked me to see if I could find a ridge across the top of said box, asked if there was a small leg protruding from it. There was, pushed it back in as he instructed and WE HAD POWER!
Got the jacks down and we are no longer lopsided.
