Lesson Learned -- Be careful running Portable Heater"S" in your unit - I understand it is a common error made by many!

FYI - For now, Bypassed Inverter totally and MY A/C is working great ... Once I'm ready to spend 800-1200 I'll have another Inverter installed.
Running a heater should not harm your inverter at all. I suspect that there is a circuit breaker on your inverter itself that just needs to be reset.
