lug nut torque

Here is a Ford Spec Sheet for Lug Nut Torque

Can be anywhere from 150 to 500ft lbs. Depends on wheel style and stud size. Consult your dealer or the chassis manufacturer. Most flange nut hub pilot wheels from alcoa and accuride will need 350 or more. there is no generic setting.

Doesn't your service manual give the torque number?

I put my 19.5's on at 144 pounds torque.
