Macerator System

I bought the sani con and was disappointed when the bolts that hold the pump to the motor snapped off after using the pump two times and never having pumped solids. Thetford was of no help and could not supply any parts to repair the pump which I was willing to purchase. Not even a good will offer of any kind( I was out of warranty but had used it two times. I understand they had no obligation to help me out but they should at least have replacement parts available ). After searching the internet I did find repair parts and it has worked ok since but I would give the flo jet a try maybe better support if you have a problem. Also after having a macerator pump the remote that comes with the flo jet seems like it would make thing a bit easier when using the pump alone.
