Macerator System
Preparing to purchase a macerator system - looking for opinions/insights on these systems - I want to purchase one with a heavy duty pump to pump uphill - any thoughts are appreciated Clean Dump CD...

Our ( and most) Monaco motorhomes came with a factory installed sanicon system.
The also came with a techma macerating toilet.
I am reasonably convinced that the 2 should go together. I've never had problems pumping solids thru my sanicon because, well, I don't.
Any solids are thoroughly liquefied in the Techma toilet.
Last year I did rebuild my sanicon. Other than the smell, it was easy. There was hair wrapped around the chopper blades, and the impellor was flatout gone.
Judging from the sound of the rebuilt pump, the impeller had been gone throughout my ownership.
After having a Robin Williams Moment with a stinky slinky years ago, I would never ever ever give up my sanicon and my techma.
Dumping the dump is a no brainer, and not terribly unpleasant.
