Magnum inverter issue

I have a 2014 forest river Berkshire. Have been plugged into shore power for 24 hours and batteries drained. Have 4 new batteries and now have this error message on Magnum control center. Here is the inverter and fault messages. Any ideas? Can not find any reset buttons on inverter, or tripped fuses. Cant figure out hiw to add pucs from my phone??

    Doesn't sound like shore power is getting to the inverter.

    Are all other 120 VAC items working?

    Even those that should work from inverter when not on shore power or generator?

    Turn off and back on the inverter breaker on the main 120 VAC breaker panel. Sometimes hard to tell if it is tripped.

    Your inverter info did not come through.
    Post exact model number of the inverter.
    Rest the 120 volt circuit breakers in the power distribution panel. Turn off all breakers applying light pressure toward off. Turn on main breaker if equipped, then turn on branch breakers one at a time.

    Hi,

    Try removing all power sources to the Magnum. Wait a minute. Connect the 12 volt batteries, then connect shore power.
