MH accident in gas station!

Isn't that a temp tag on the RV. Might be a pretty inexperienced driver. Easy mistake to make when you're new at driving one of these things.

I can't walk & climb stars so I bought a Class A. Past time for licensing to drive something this large. Most states all you need is a drivers license. How many know how to do an air brake test? Hoe many actually do? It ain't like driving your Prius like 1320fastback said.

Also there is legally no expectation of privacy in a public space.

I 100% agree with that. I would bet that tow did some major damage to the rv frame. If it wasn't totaled before it is now.

rockhill, where is the expectation of privacy if the accident was in public view. If the video/photos showed a tag number or faces of the driver or passenger then there might MIGHT be some standing of privacy expectation, but otherwise put your mney in the bank - the attorney has enough

From other videos I have seen, videoing such events seems common procedure, probably so the damage is documented so the owner can’t claim the tow driver did some of the damage and start calling their lawyer. Too many sue happy people already.

As far as publicly posting, no difference than a news crew putting it on the 6 o’clock news.

Whether he was an unskilled driver or an experienced driver in a moment of inattention is pure speculation. No one here knows.
