The 235/80 22.5 size is a Michelin size, closest in a Toyo, Goodyear etc is the 245/75... I went to a 275/70R22.5 and there is little difference except in width.
This calculator allows you to compare various sizes. It will show diameter and compare various speeds. The revolutions per mile show how much speedometer error to expect.

We didn't change tire size but we did go with B F Goodrich ST230's Load Range H to replace the original Toyos on our '04 DP. B F Goodrich is owned by Michelin and the tires are made in the USA. We have had them for 5 years and are very happy with the ride and performance. We will go with them again when time to replace.
