- bobwalterExplorerThe new Trek was a Trek in name only and is not like the Treks made until 2008. The older ones had great floor plans and high quality. The new Treks had fair/poor quality and not so good floor plans. Not many sold and were discontinued as a result.

The "new" Trek was being built as an experiment to see if there was enough demand to warrant going in to full production. Apparently at the time when they introduced it in 2014, it was never received by the buying public to the point where people were snatching them up from the dealer's lots.
There was a Trek that was built by Safari starting in 1991 and later Monaco from 2003-2008 that was unique and of high quality. Those older Treks are still cherished and they maintain their value better than many newer coaches. Unfortunately the new Trek did not contain the things that made the older Treks unique and the potential buyers were not impressed. There were many older Trek owners that would have loved a new version of their old units but it turns out the new Trek was a Trek in name only. - Gone_fishing1ExplorerI guess I will have to contact Monaco to find out why they discontinued production.
- rgatijnet1Explorer IIIYou should be able to get a good deal on one since it appears that Monaco has already stopped production of the Trek after their trial period.
- Gone_fishing1ExplorerThanks, that is about a two day drive for me. I will keep looking for someplace about 8 hours or less.
