Motorhome parked in driveway

Hello All, This is my first time posting here and hopefully someone can help. My city is trying to pass an ordinance that will prohibit RV owners from parking their motorhomes, trailers, boats etc. in their own driveways. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is my property and i should be able to park my motorhome, boat, waverunner trailer as i see fit. Taking into consideration they are all working and used regularly. Does anybody have any legal information to stop this ordinance from passing? Thank you.

Contact state Good Sam as they fight this type of ordinances.

Write a petition and get signatures.
Call your Alderman and speak your piece.
Go to the next city council meeting, speak your piece, and present your petition.
That's about all you can do.

You can fight it. Get every one you know with the same feelings you have and go to your city hall and raise hell. Of coarse all states are different and California is the most different of all. Remember you have a say in all they do , just fight and keep fighting.

You can't fight City Hall.

Although somewhat trite, it is usually true.

Get a lawyer.

Don't believe anything you hear via the Internet from someone who you don't know.

It depends a lot on exactly where you are.
