Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

First of all I do not own stock in Proctor & Gambel! My wife had me use one of these on the RV windshield and it took sun baked bugs right off the window! I then used it to brighten up the headlight (clear) covers there looking like new again. My wife got hot asphalt (that dried on the body) on the side of the toad while going thru road construction zone and that eraser took the asphalt off. On the directions it says not to use on a vehicle body, but it didn't damage the paint! I looked on the product box and it's like Aerospace #303 it doesn't list the ingredients! But it does say do not use with bleach! So I'm assuming it has ammonia in it even though I couldn't smell it? It amazes me how that eraser being so soft and smooth can work so powerfully! By chance does anyone else use these on there RV?

  • These magic erasers are made of melamine foam and can scratch so use with care on items that are susceptible to abrasion. But they are awesome aren't they.

  • this product like WD-40 is going to have a list of things it will work for and might even get to 1001 things before we are done with it.
  • I have been an advocate of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for years now. Just wait till you try it on your awning! On your awning, just make the Eraser wet, but not dripping. Simply wipe, let the moisture sit for ... 30 seconds, wipe again, then dry off with a dry clean cloth or towel. You'll be shocked! And it has an anti-mold (something) in it that prevents any black from returning for a long time.

I occasionally use it on the body of my car, wheels, tongue of the trailer, plastics. It worked VERY well on my last camper that was aluminum sided, but my new one is that hard board surface, so not sure what to expect yet (we've had the camper only 4 months now).

You can use Mr. Clean on your stove, oven, pot and pans, shower walls and glass, bath tub, toilet, the cover on your propane tanks, outside of your refrigerator door, oven door, lightly on your cabinets, light fixtures, lights on your automobiles (the red, yellow and clear lenses), absolutely everything!

As you can tell, we run through quite of few of them every year now! I mean, they are wonderful for everything!

Glad you found this product! Now .. EXPERIMENT with EVERYTHING you would use normally use any cleaner for! The secret is not to "scrub", but to simply wipe!

    Congrats on your new find!
  • I used them to "detail" my Mom's '91 Dolphin prior to sale. The basement doors that are grey plastic that had water spots and other stains and dullness that even rubbing compound would not take out. These things truly did "erase" them.
