Update on this subject. I was at the RV dealer today and he said they do not make an aftermarket vent cover for these 2017 yet.
The parts manager said cooling is critical like some of the others have mentioned and he did not put any on his personal motorhome unit and said he just checks it frequently for mud daubers and other insects.
