Go to Home Despot, purchase a product called Home Defense made by Ortho and spray the two screes at least once a month, the insects do like the smell and do not build nests, or wasp insecticide I use Home Defense on the lawn to keep the sand fleas in check and the mud daubers from the fridge and the compartment door locks.
