Had the 1972 23 foot version with the thirsty, bulletproof Dodge 413 engine for 20 years and 100k miles. Loved it. Also looked hard at the new retro Brave, but the slide version. Wound up with a 30 foot Sunstar with three slides. Happy with that decision.
Bit of concern when the master slide switch failed at the start of a week long Rally. Crappy cheep charlie off/on switch of pot metal and plastic with no tension clamp on the wires. Easy fix when daylight came.
Any amenity you have on a MH will fail, and in accordance with Murphy's law. Satisfaction will depend on your trouble shooting skills, or depth of pocket and patience.
