my macerator stopped working

The dealer will have to fix this under warranty. Until you can get it there, disconnect the 3inch tube going from the tank to the macerator and use a regular sewer hose. I was unimpressed by the time it took to empty the tanks through my macerator, plus I could not keep the grey valve open between black tank dumps. I can now with the regular sewer hose. Just my opinion.
